Inline with the inauguration promise by President Muhammadu Buhari ,the
military is gearing towards moving its command center to Maiduguri,
Borno State..The president said Boko Haram can not be defeated from
Abuja and said the headquaters would be moved to Borno until the war
against Boko Haram is won.
The Chief of Naval Staff, Usman Jibrin after a meeting between the service chiefs and Buhari on Tuesday,confirmed the command would be moved . According to Vanguard, Jibrin said:
