Oscar Pistorius found guilty of murder by SA Supreme court

 
South Africa's Supreme court of claim has discovered Oscar Pistorius blameworthy of homicide in the passing of his sweetheart Reeva Steenkamp. The directing judge, Justice Eric Leach, in his managing at the beginning of today, requested the first trial judge to force a harsher sentence.

The base sentence for homicide is 15 years in jail. Pistorius is as of now living under house capture at his uncle's home in Pretoria, having been liberated from jail in the wake of serving not exactly a year in a
correctional facility.

It is not yet clear whether he will come back to jail quickly, or on the off chance that he will be permitted to stay in remedial supervision until another sentence is passed on.

Pistorius shot and killed Steenkamp on Valentine's Day in 2013, saying that he thought she was an interloper.

Passing on judgment in Bloemfontein, the SCA rejected the safeguard contention that Pistorius was acting in self-protection when he shot dead his model sweetheart Reeva Steenkamp in his Pretoria home in February 2013.

"In these circumstances, I have most likely in shooting those shots the blamed more likely than not predicted that he was betting with an existence," said Judge Eric Leach, who read out the judgement."The denounced should have been discovered blameworthy of homicide," he said

He depicted Steenkamp's passing as "a disaster of Shakespearean extents
