Dr Adedayo Adedeji, 63, two attendants, Margaret Miller, 55, from Camberley, Surrey, and Gemma Pullen, 32, from Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, have been blamed for murder by gross carelessness of a lady who passed on after a fetus removal in their clinic.
32-year-old Aisha Chithira kicked the bucket subsequent to having an end at a Marie Stopes center in Ealing, west London, on January 21, 2012. Every one of the three showed up at a short hearing at the Old Bailey in the witness of Judge Charles Wide today, Friday Nov. 27, and denied executing Ms Chithira.
They were not summoned on further charges of neglecting to take sensible consideration of the wellbeing and security on the lady as opposed to the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. A six-week trial is booked to begin on March seventh 2015. The litigants are on safeguard.
